Refund policy

 

Due to the nature of our content, we generally do not offer refunds for 'change of mind' once a magazine has been dispatched. If your magazine arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the defect package for a free replacement or full refund.

 

 

Use of AI

 

The vast majority of the questions and answers in our quiz mags come from rigorous research done by actual breathing human beings. They are fact and sense checked three times before being added to a quiz set. The only time AI tools are used is on occasions when the brain fog sets in and a little help is needed to generate question ideas or to rephrase clumsy wording. However, none of the content in our mags is derived wholly from AI sources and none without being checked thoroughly.

While we strive for 100% accuracy, we are not infallible. Customers are reminded that the magazine is for entertainment purposes and we aren't liable for issues that may arise due to a disputed or inaccurate answer. Constructive feedback is always welcome via email.

 

 

Shipping & Delivery

 

Quizmags.com agree to ship to the address provided. Once delivery is made to that address, quizmags.com forgoes any responsibility for what happens to the package.
